Payment Modes

Our cost includes all meals according to Houseboat Menu (Welcome Drink - Lunch - Evening Tea & Snacks - Dinner - Breakfast)

Charge for children upto 5 years are free.

Extra person will charge (per person basis) Rs.750/- for Deluxe Houseboat, Rs.1250/- for Premium Houseboat and Rs. 2000/- for Luxury Houseboat.

Air Condition and Television will operate full time in Premium and Luxury category Houseboats those will operate from 09:00 pm to 06:00 am only.

Check-in time will be 11:30 am and Check-out time will be 05:30 pm for Day Cruises
Check-in time will be 12:00 Noon and Check-out time will be 09:00 am on next day for Day Cruise with Night Stay

Cancellation Policy
Due to any unavoidable reasons in case of cancellation of Houseboat Services we must informed in writing.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows.

60 days & prior to arrival – 80% of the houseboat total payment.
59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 60% of the houseboat total payment.
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 40% of the houseboat total payment.
14 days to 06 days prior to arrival – 20% of the houseboat total payment.
05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

Please Note:
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – incase of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us- a minimum 15% service charges would be applicable. In case of special train journey and high peak season bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

Refund Policy:-
Refund would be processed within 10 working days after verification of Customer details submitted at the time of booking & the amount would be credited to the individual bank account accordingly.
